Background

Before Real Estate, Guy graduated from the United States Naval Academy and Naval Nuclear Power School. While in the Navy, Guy built and then drove Nuclear Submarines under the surface of the world's oceans. Guy is a qualified Submarine Warfare Officer, Nuclear Engineer on Naval Reactors, and Civil Affairs Officer.

Guy is a veteran in the Real Estate industry. Guy leads The Hillsen Group, a top-producing real estate sales team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates in Dallas, Texas. The Hillsen Group specializes in Residential Construction, Marketing, and Sales. His reputation is built on solid communication, mission accomplishment, and trust.

Family Life

Guy combines his love for the industry with his passion for economics and educating clients.  Guy and his wife, Tamara, relocated six times while serving in the Navy with their four energetic children- Paityn, Anthony, Cooper, and Kennedy; making Guy well suited to help other families relocate.  Guy loves to work and eat great food, but he also enjoys spending time with family, following the Dallas Mavericks, walking the Katy Trail with his hound Hunter, and biking all over Dallas with his wife.
Real Estate Achievements

Guy has been building since he was old enough to sweep up job sites as a kid. Guy has over 1,200 career sales.  Guy is a national real estate coach on sales and marketing, effective negotiating, team building, and client retention.  Guy has received the Lifetime Achievement Award, Hall of Fame, and multiple Diamond Awards for his sales excellence.  Guy and his team have helped over 1,200 sets of clients successfully buy and sell real estate- giving him the vast experience to provide superb counsel, recognize challenges ahead of time, and solve problems in real-time to ensure a successful outcome.

Education

Guy is currently getting his M.B.A. from Rice University. Guy is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (BS with Merit-Quantitative Economics), Naval Nuclear Engineering Officer Program, Tom Ferry International Real Estate Coaching Program, and multiple professional development training programs.
